"Had a new hvac system installed and I cannot say any thing better. The teck was friendly and knowledgeable and the customer service was amazing. They gave me a very reasonable price given my system was on a rooftop of a 10 floor building. I also had my water heater replaced at the same time and was given a great price bundling the system and water heater. The installers had the system in and running within same day and had us cooling/showering and comfortable by the same evening . Highly recommended service."

"Apparently our 10 year old ac had been freezing over for quite some time when I called them to come out and take a look for a leak. Jonathan came out and was awesome. Turns out it was going to be better for us in the long run to just replace the entire ac system vs fixing the freezing issue and all of the old coils and outside unit. They did it in 1 day and everything is working great!"

"Woke up one morning with no AC and the house was already almost 90 degrees. Nora returned our call promptly to schedule the Svc call and had Brandon come out first thing the next morning. Although American did not do the initial install Brandon was able to trouble shoot the problem fairly quickly which required a new thermostat. He was extremely helpful in assisting me with explaining what was happening, what was needed moving forward & even after his call was complete Brandon took multiple calls from me while he was on another service call to help with the wiring and completing the setup of the new thermostat to get it working properly. In addition, I’ve since had them come out for a maintenance call to go through the system and experienced Brandon, Liam, and Joey, they again were extremely knowledgeable, polite, and happy to help in any way they could. I strongly recommend American plumbing for not only their prompt and professional work but also their caring nature. All the staff I have encountered from the office to the technicians on the road have been excellent."
